  • Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) is a fibrin matrix rich in platelets, leukocytes, and mesenchymal stem cells. It allows an extended release of growth factors and bio stimulation. PRF is applied after microneedling to amplify and stimulate the collagen production.

PRF is all-natural. There is no coating, additive, or anticoagulant present in the tube. It is proven to release a higher concentration of growth factors for a longer period of time.

PRF allows the constant release of growth factors and interleukins for 10-12 days, accelerating tissue healing and skin regenerating process. This rejuvenation technique exhibits substantial progress from the well-established platelet-rich plasma (PRP), where growth factors are all released only for a few minutes after treatment.

PRF ezGEL is an autologous regenerative, unmodified gel. This is obtained by isolating beneficial cells and growth factors in harvested plasma, heating then cooling to create a natural and smooth bio stimulating gel.

PRF ezGEL can be used alone or in combination with synthetic hyaluronic acid filler or Sculptra.

  • Both platelet rich fibrin (PRF) and platelet rich plasma (PRP) are autologous platelet therapy. Platelets are among the first responders to sites of tissue and vascular injury. Platelet aggregation and activation result in the release of several critical growth factors. It is these growth factors that orchestrate the healing, regenerative, and rejuvenating properties of platelets.

The key difference between PRP and PRF is in the preparation. PRP is obtained by collecting peripheral blood with anticoagulant (chemical substances that prevent or reduced blood coagulation) and centrifuging twice.

Unlike PRP, PRF is prepared with a simpler technique. Blood is collected without anticoagulants and additional chemical substances to minimize the risk of hypersensitivity reactions.

PRF obtained using the low-speed centrifugation is also studied to allow the natural, physiologic activation of PRF and its prolonged growth factor releases allowing to sustain healing and regenerative signals for a longer period of time.

  • Mostly done on face, neck and décolleté. But you can also get treatments on different areas of the body, including stomach and thighs.

  • with microneedling - 1.5 hour including numbing time

with ezgel - 1-2 hours depending on treatment area, including numbing time

  • With microneedling - the treated area may appear pink/red in color, but will gradually resolved in a week. The skin may feel hot, tight, dry, swollen and sensitive to the touch.

With ezgel - results are visible immediately after treatment and last for 6-19 months depending on the type of filler. The healing process involves swelling for about 3-7 days depending on the amount injected, area injected, and how your body reacts to the procedure. Due to the anesthetic in the filler, you may feel numbness or tingling immediately after the procedure. You may have some moderate swelling, redness, bruising and tenderness over the treated areas. Some people experience dull ache and tenderness over the treated ares which subsides over 48-72 hours. Mild, non-painful swelling can last for up to 2 weeks. Bruising is usually visible initially, which then becomes more obvious the following day before slowly fading over 7 to 14 days. Some bruises can last for 4-6 weeks.

  • With microneedling - treatments are recommended 2-3 times a year in the beginning. 1-2 times a year afterwards for maintenance.

    With ezgel - 6-12 months.
